It still shocks me that our MD apparently thinks it's perfectly fine to be a month late with such a material update for the company, and that it's perfectly fine to advise the market and shareholders by way of an email to a punter who in turn then posts the information to a discussion board.
This is truly a new low for JB.
Where the f* is ASIC in all this?
From the ASX rules:
ASX Listing Rule 3.11 requires immediate disclosure of market-sensitive information if it has ceased to be confidential.
I suppose it's not considered market sensitive?
