Clearly the delay in MRE has been known for a while and was why the drill campaign was downgraded to 4,000m....that's all they can realistically fit in after a later MRE release.
The original expectation of MRE was built up as a multiple of old MRE by trumpeting old MRE size and drill holes to be included in this MRE as a comparison. But perhaps some had better info than we did. If you recall someone coming on here asking for info for an article he was writing. Despite suggesting MRE would be multiples of the old one based on drill hole numbers etc, he went with a 300k oz target. Similar to Next Investors. Maybe they were being conservative, or maybe it is a result of knowing management
