ZMan I consider that is why it is important to make all information available to potential investors of any company from those who have had prior dealings with anyone associated with a publically listed company which may or may not have future ramifications to investors. Posting past/current info is for the benefit of others with less time or knowledge to do their own research. The choice they make is entirely their own, with or without research.
