Bear in mind guys at this level don't jump ship because someone at the pub offered them an extra dollar an hour,both sides of this deal would have done their DD,and my guess is that it's probably been 6 months or more in the making,we as shareholders need to trust these decisions or sell up and walk away if you don't.
