I'm not impressed by the vilification of posters who supposedly, as a group, constantly make 'negative' comments with those who make defamatory statements. Shareholders are required to vote on a number of resolutions at the upcoming AGM and discussion of these issues with emphasis on avoiding dilution, ensuring performance bonuses are not excessive and raising concerns about a CR when the SP is at a low point are all valid concerns.

If shareholder 'negativity' is actively attacked, this is not a good look, given the basis for this perceived 'negativity'.
