In particular for small cap companies, shareholders should start to raise their voices and fight for their right in order to make sure that good corporate governance is also implemented for the sake of both directors and shareholders' interests.
Australian Corporation Act allows two-strike rule to vote against directors' remuneration. The purpose of this rule is to protect minority shareholders who have no voice in the past.
