    Yes Jim I agree with your sentiments and also not rubbishing Athan's credentials or what he has achieved. Always been clear on that. But also about what is appropriate rewards for a company yet to turn a profit. I would be happy to see more share based rewards (ie even more shares than currently offered) offered to Athan to ensure incentives aligned to building long term sustainable value. These cash incentive rewards (particularly CR one) just seem so inappropriate for a company yet to turn a profit. Give them share based rewards as they are on decent base salaries for what is a spec company and they can share greater upside from the share performance which aligns to best interests of long term shareholders.
