Chomping on the fact that a reply has been received that clearly states the reasons for the resolutions from the perspective of the BOD.......i.e. what we are speculating about. Ya can't ask for more than that! You still might disagree, but at least you know where they are coming from. Seemed very genuine to me......you don't get that in an ann. He should just pop in here every now and again......save @gallea all that angst next time! Thanks again @gallea
