Personally, I have been too busy to even check XPE this last week.

However, having read just a few dozen comments on here today, I think XPE Management, if they are genuine about protecting our investment and their future, should seriously start talking to their lawyers about legal action against those on HC - XPE forum who are obviously crossing the line between a personal comment and a defamation case.

Plenty of case law to back up the Directors these days.

Don't just sit there, commenting on you know who they are, Chris Woods.

Grow a pair of big balls, and take them to Court, via your lawyers.
Ask yourselves, Directors of XPE, what would Donald Trump do????

Including those who use a photo of one of the world's most well known investors as their moniker.
I am pretty certain you cannot do that without the person's permission?

Anyway, I will check in again next Wednesday 16th Nov 16. Personally, I am happy with the performance of XPE, just not happy with the current share price. I am sure there is some big news coming, but all just a personal opinion.
