Thanks @serena, that definitely supports the "word on the street", so looks like I may indeed be wrong, we'll see. .. Though what's to say "finalising" was not delayed intentionally in order to avert market turbulence following the US Election? The "word on the street" is merely one possible explanation for the suspension among many. Another as you point out is the possibility of an acquisition (something that may itself have justified doing the CR when the SP was at such a low -not normally desirable).
