Thanks @gallea for your efforts and time is getting this response. I have posted it on the FB page as well along with my own thoughts on how this letter reads and its intent.
Of course everyone should DYOR but I think this email certainly should shut up some of the under 100 post posters who seem intent on spreading mischief and misinformation.
