The Word that was God became flesh.
The Word became Jesus, he did not enter an existing body.
Jesus is God in the flesh.

Receiving the Holy Spirit at Jesus' baptism is unrelated to the above and
I think you maybe referencing the verse below of Jesus coming to his own temple in Jerusalem

“Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, Will suddenly come to His temple, Even the Messenger of the covenant, In whom you delight. Behold, He is coming,” Says the LORD of hosts.
