    Although there is no proof, it is much more likely that the baptise in the name of Jesus was replaced in Matthew by the trinity personel at a later stage about 300 yrs after Jesus' death. It is clearly the odd man out.

    In any case as pointed out in the article, even the Father, Son and Holy Ghost formulation is not the Trinity doctrine as it simply mentions those three things but nothing about their relationship or "Godheadness".

    However, none of that will shift Tonio even a millimeter so it should only be an exercise for you.
