I only have some understanding of the "fine print" in New Zealand. By my limited knowledge, any organisation (including single person organisations) that can demonstrate financial hardship as a result of the lockdown qualifies for assistance with the stipulation that employers pass on grants to their employee other than funds stipulated for themselves.
The objective is to keep employers and employees connected to allow a quick start when this pandemic is over.
