For some Politic reason Chavez continues to accuse the US of wanting to kill him even though there has been no assassination attempts and threatens oil sanctions.
While this is going he continues to make deals with of totalitarian government and rulers some predominantly Muslim.
He seem to like the attention his big mouth can attract respective of the fact that it does nothing more than increase tensions.
Is their a plan to his madness? Who knows but it does seem a common trait amongst ruler such as him just before they send their countries into economic decline.
