When politics trumped the law, injustice was delivered post-haste to Christine Holgate

There are several lessons to be learned from the government’s abysmal handling of Christine Holgate, the former chief executive officer of Australia Post. Perhaps the most important is that we have a Prime Minister who acts as if his government is not bound by laws and conventions. What is worse, the wider government increasingly acts as if the Prime Minister really is presidential.

IMO she should have been afforded the same niceties that mr christian was.
