It was very disapponting that Albanese chimed in at the time, that looked like a FOMO moment when he thought there was some political milage to be had. We certainly don't any more of that, it made him look like just another politician trying to play the people.

Either way Morrison should go and should already be gone for his involvement in running and protecting the proven illegal Robodebt Scheme and the litany of other debacles involving himself and his ministers. No wonder he felt enboldened to behave as he did towards Christine Holgate when there have been no coniquences for himself regardless of how poor many of his judgement calls have been and how transparent his motives have been to many Australians who can't believe the poor judgement shown by all those that allowed his ascent to the Prime Ministership. IMO that's the biggest question mark hanging over the Federal Liberals.

Albanese IMO can redeem himself but Morrison has gone too far down the rabbit hole to come back. We really need both the Liberal Party and the Labor Party working for the betterment of Australia and check any over reach of the other. At this point The Liberal Party needs to side line Scott Morrison make a clean break so they can at least save the furniture at the next election. It could be a good opportunity to remove the nastier elements from the Party and build a Party that has genuine integrity and genuine respect for the people of Australia and their Parliament with more focus on substance than transparent spin and distraction.
