Scotty thought there was a cheap marketing opportunity in playing the tough guy standing over a silver spooned female CEO. He's misread it because the substance of the matter (the size of the bonuses) is very minor by any measure. All we're left with is Scotty acting like a complete tool and misusing his position to intimidate someone when he has no idea what he's talking about. Scott Morrison is a steaming turd.
