I do not consider CO2 to be an evil pollutant, more like the opposite. If however it were an issue surely the 'emissions per capita' argument is poorly put, would it not make better sense to talk in terms of 'emissions per sq Km'? If one country has a larger population, why should that country be allowed to produce more of this delightful gas?
