Rising sea levels encourage the growth of coral, falling water levels are a threat. Coral loves warm water and grows really well in the tropics, the further north you go toward PNG the better it grows. The greens are dangerously delusional.

I know they didn't have pump out stations on mainland as salt water was a problem in their sewerage system I was told. A mate of mine had seen a large Tourist Catamaran dump his waste holding Tank as he left Lugger Pass where he navigates through the inner reefs.
