G'day MDAN.
I would not think that even CTO management would announce on 16th December that they will be missing their 5,000 oz target and then on the 29th December someone could be in the know that they will be meeting that very target. This time frame represents only a few days when the Christmas period is taken out.
If that were to happen then I would think that even the very weak authorities that exist here in Oz would have to take some action.
If punters have sold on that announcement that the target would not be met and then suddenly, a few days later it will be met, then I would think that heads would roll.
