You've got your facts wrong Lockitt.
On the 16th. December CTO announced that their 27th. October announcement: "25,000 ounce gold production plan for calendar 2009 still achievable" was no longer achievable.
To produce 25,000 ounces of gold in the 2009 calendar year CTO needed to produce 18,014 ounces in the December quarter.
On the 16th. December CTO announced to the ASX that they would not be producing this amount of gold in the December quarter.
CTO advised us that they expected to produce about 5,000 ounces of gold in the December quarter. That is a downgrade of more than 13,000 ounces for the December quarter compared with CTO's 27th. October ASX announcement that 25,000 ounces gold production was still achievable for the 2009 calendar year.
