Crab:
Heat the following:
A splash olive oil.
Smoked butter.
And some of the following:
3 cloves pressed garlic.
4 anchovies.
A dozen capers.
Zest of a quarter citrus.
Lastly heat one or two servings of crab meat and a splash of cooking wine and soy sauce.
Serve with pasta cream or egg yolk.
