On Christmas Eve 2014 directors Quirk and Denison disposed of (dumped) 2,000,000 and 808,682 OBJ shares respectively. The prices they achieved were above 9 cents so they netted $181,000 and $73,021 making for a very Merry Christmas! Three weeks later Jeff Edwards disposed of 2,400,00 OBJ shares, netting him $600,000. When it was suggested that director sell-offs spell SP danger, the response from the OBJ faithful was predictably vitriolic. I wonder what the response would be if there is a similar dumping of shares by management this Christmas? At that time many posters here on HC were speculating that the SP would be as high as $1.00 by now. Indeed, there were a couple of posters who promised to eat their hats if the SP was not above 16 cents by Christmas 2015.....Well, "bon appetit"!
