    CTO gold mining at Charters Towers has been re-openned after not mining for 80 years. There is some hope for IIG although, on today's grab samples, slight. IIG's story is yet to unfold or to crumple. Its risk v. reward. Buy if you can lose the money. Pure and Simple.
