what relevance does $90k worth of small parcel shares have to the drilling results? None. in fact you quote it right there, if share price goes up (which it might for a lot of reasons), they won’t be purchased by the company. So they are ready for this scenario with or without drilling results upside.
also, if they receive results from the lab, they must disclose them to the market. No choice of waiting here...
