Could just be someone arbing $ADT.AX and $TETH.V i.e. sell or short $ADT.AX and use the proceeds to buy $TETH.V which is trading at a discount to the plan of arrangement. They would end up getting London listed $ADT1 shares which typically trade at premium. Easy money but too cute for me.
