This is the label for my seafood sauce I just made.......we're having seafood tonight......



I bought some normal Tartare sauce, and some of that orangie coloured Seafood sauce.

but I can't just leave things in their 'bought' state....I have to 'play' with them.....
So I scraped all the Tartare sauce into a big bowl, and used only big 1 spoonful of the orange coloured seafood sauce.
and also 1 spoonful of tomato sauce.
then I added a full quarter cup of thickened cream
a quarter cup of home brand mayo
a quarter cup of sweet coleslaw dressing
some diced pickled cucumber
some diced roasted capsicum
and some diced roasted garlic

and mixed it all together......had a taste........then added a bit more of the sweet coleslaw dressing.......

and...surprisingly...it tastes pretty damn good......

worthy of my label.
