Neil Young rang me, listeners, just like that out of the blue and told me he almost cut his hair. I said, you almost cut your hair? At Christmas time! He said, it was like lookin in the mirror and seeing a po-lice car. Which I didn't get, listeners. Neil said, it's a family thing, we Canadians always cut our hair at Christmas.
