That's brilliant Stu. I'm glad you got that satisfaction and gave some hope and cheer to others.
It follows on from my recent post about trying to do something different, whether it's a gift like World Vision sponsorship or befriending an elderly neighbour. I'm sure that for many people, giving instead of receiving gives a lot more satisfaction.
Lovely story rabbitoh, and I'd be bawling along with the lady you befriended for Christmas day for sure!
There's so much misery out there, that to bring a smile to someone else's face is priceless.
