I dont know but as i said before evn if they dont fpget christmas creek contract it was trading at 30 cents before that announcement...that 29.5 cents was more seemed to be accumulation because if someone would know something they would not wait to sell at 29.5 cents when its enough liquidated around 28.5 or 29 cents...i reckon its either cap share price at 29.5 cents or accumulation ar9und 28.5 cents...ideal thing for company is to go for trading halt...
my ideal speculation is that 3m buyer is the company looking for mah takeover...lol...that straight came iut my ar@@@..lol
