So on SEEK the CC applications end on the 7th December.

The 31st Oct release states "Mobilization to site will commence under a limited notice to proceed" - I take that as they have begun actually getting the staff and equipment in place.

Then they will BEGIN the work when the "Notice to proceed" announcement is granted during the final contract negotiation.

The last date I would expect the announcement is the 7th December.

Profits then actually making a difference second half 2013 and then ongoing for the 5 year contract...=Long term buy/hold (and thats just for this contract alone, current fundamentals are good too)
