Christmas sausage rolls:
Mix the following:
400 grams sausage meat.
1 chopped onion.
50 gm chopped cooked chestnuts.
50 gm mixed peel and raisins.
The leaves of four sprigs of thyme.
1 teaspoon dried sage.
½ teaspoons of nutmeg.
Make to spring rolls by wrapping in puff pastry sheet.
Bake.
