Gnocchi Bolognese:
In a pan fry:
1 small chopped onion.
Then add the following:
400 gm cans crushed tomatoes.
¼ cup tomato paste.
1 teaspoon dried rubbed rosemary.
1 teaspoon rubbed oregano.
And some of the following:
¼ cup masala.
¼ cup rendered beef fat.
1 dozen anchovies.
2 tablespoons capers.
1 to 2 dessert spoons scrimp sambal paste.
A few splashes xo.
Turn off and add 250 gm beef or veal mince.
Serve with gnocchi.
