Combine the following:
2 cups broken chestnuts.
1 cup dried cherries.
And some of the following:
1 to 2 cups rinsed white beans.
1 diced apple.
1 small diced onion.
½ cup diced dried apricots.
¼ cup parsley.
2 cloves minced garlic.
A few splashes brandy.
A few splashes soy sauce.
A few splashes liquid smoke.
½ teaspoon dried marjoram.
½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
½ teaspoon dried sage.
A few splashes soy sauce.
½ teaspoon chicken seasoning.
Stuff meat.
With the remainder of the stuffing roast for ½ hour.
