To me, the appointment of a defence by our Management points to the fact that we are on the market and only awaiting for a good and acceptable offer to be put on the table before we will throw the towel in. On the other hand, it could just all be a good show and tell us that they are actually doing something about it. In fact, and based on past experience, when there is a SoA lodged on the table, an Independent Expert opinion/report is always required anyway before the Court and ASIC will approve it.
