Brine two chicken one at a time or turkey in the following for at least 6 hour.
2 l water water.
⅓ cup kosha or cooking salt.
2 quartered lemons.
10 sprigs parsley.
7 sprigs thyme.
2 sprigs rosemary.
3 bay leaves.
¼ cup honey.
½ dozen cloves.
1 tablespoon black peppercorns.
Coat chickens / turkey in coated butter and barbecue in charcoal webber for ¾ hour.
