Christmas trading reporting has JBH as one of the few retail winners, refer link: -
“Lukewarm” December for retailers. Good Guys is not mentioned in the attached link, but as the acquisition was finalised prior to the Christmas trading period this is an earning accretive bonus for this years earnings (expected).
Anticipating that earnings will will be reported on the up-side for first 6 months of FY 2017, in my opinion JBH is undervalued by as much as 10%.
I would appreciate views as to how a strong Christmas trading when reported will impact SP momentum? Or is the Amazon black cloud anchoring the price around $28?
