christmas wish

The last few month have thrown up an enormous set of challenges for Arafura’s leadership team(political, environmental, financial, engineering and chemical). IMO these challenges will continue throughout 2012 and beyond. Yes I have to admit, as a shareholder of longstanding I have been disappointed with last year’s drop of the share price and yes I am missing kind of visionary leadership, leadership which does not get lost in details, but count on the knowledge and dedication of excellent specialists. The refreshment of the board is a great opportunity to improve top down leadership if they have learned their lessons. Remember the CEO’s recent summary of all the achievements, Arafura Resources is going from strength to strength, well done and remarkable improvements in lowering future operational costs and risks. Whoever believes in this very special geological gift and in the future role of REE in an industrial world should stop undermining Arafura’s management, whoever else can make a go of this enterprise. Shareholders should give a hand to the management and the management is asked to communicate more efficiently with the shareholders.
That’s my Christmas wish.
