What makes you think the shares will go anywhere near 1c? let alone 2c?
I don't see how this deal actually adds any value to TPL. Harry Greaves knocks on TPL's door saying "Help, My company can't make money because we don't process the Chrome, we need a processing plant". TPL repsonds by saying: "sure we'll help, as long as we get a share of it".
There's no guarantee that it will be feasible yet alone profitable.
As I said in another post, the only benefit this is offering, is that it is *Something* as opposed to *nothing*.
