c4concepts, its you who have been misquoting.

Here is the exact wording from the q report-
NOTE THAT RML HAS OFFERS AT DISCOUNT PRICES AS I POSTED.
1-2% discount relates to the “normal” price to account for increased shipping.

    "Nickel Laterite Pricing
As a broad rule of thumb, the pricing of nickel laterites fob2/dry from the Philippines is 10 times the nickel grade. Therefore 1.0% Ni grade pays 10% LME, 1.5%Ni grade pays 15% LME etc. So a 1.3% shipment at 30% moisture, at a nickel price of $US30,000/t LME would be $US35.49 per dmt3. Currently lower grade laterites are being bid at a 1 to 2% discount to this pricing mechanism due to recent increases in shipping costs. Rusina/DMCI have current firm offers at discount prices for material presently stockpiled at the Santa Cruz port for delivery in November."

Yes its true traders got caught expecting high prices for the ore they shipped to China and is still on the wharves. How is it you cannot understand that RML must compete with these traders to sell ore- traders have already payed for the ore and want to sell it. Sure they want the best price, but RML must undercut them to sell any ore. How can that be good?

Temporary facilities is quoting RML directly.

You talk of a transformation to self funding. There has been no funds raised so far, and nothing likely to raise funds on the horizon. Yes when prices were high it was a good plan.

    That’s gone now…

I can only suggest you read a bit more widely. Pig nickel was going great guns when nickel prices were high, but its stuffed now, low demand and China outlawing high polluting /high energy blast furnaces.

    Open your eyes!
