Yes it has laterite nickel deposits for a start. But how and when they will be utilised is open to question. Although the company has 3 options, none of them look profitable in the forseeable future.
There is a chance that heap leach technology MAY work but its a huge gamble, and any production is many years off. Such technology is not yet proven on a commercial scale, and RMLs ore is different from that that has undergone a large scale trial test.
I dont know about Chromite, a poster on this site a month or two ago claimed RMLs deposits were not commercially viable, and Im seeking more information. If you can enlighten us that would be usefull.....
