Frank and Jitto are introduced to MC to invest in Fortis at $0.40 premium. Introduction was provided by whom??? possibly Terrence Wong.

MC becomes substantial shareholder over time, but also negotiates and acts on Fortis engagement of HK investors.

Paul Bitetto and Terry Grammer leave unexpectedly after the AGM. Why unexpectedly, Paul Bitetto had put himself up for re-election, and Terry Grammer had no "reason" to leave a "growing company potentially in the Potash field".

Terrence Wong stays on.

MC is elected to join the board as Chairman and brings into the board new members, we know nothing about.

Frank resigns and disappears.
Jitto resigns from the executive role and hands over the reigns to Terrence Wong.

MC is effective captain of the Fortis Ship.

Is it me or have we just handed the company over to MC and friends??? This is one way to get investors to fund a HK enterprise and remain under the radar of HK regulators...nicely done.

Not all bad news - they may decide that the shares are undervalued and drive the business to its destination. But our fate is still in their hands. Nothing to be done now but ride it out. Frank and Jitto, this has not panned the way you envisioned it , I am 110% convinced.
