Timeone paid 35c for $3m worth. If they thought it was worth more per share they would have been interested to take up their full entitlement. Like if I tell you that you can buy bhp for $15 you will buy as much as you can and not hold back. Timeone held back. That speaks volumes. Pick any number under 35 and your guess will be good as mine and good as any.
