Here is the list of requirements in order to get up to $7500 in rebates in the U.S. if you buy a new EV assuming the proposed bill is signed into law by Biden. Look at numbers 8,10, and 12. Those requirements would be beneficial to iM3NY once they start a major ramp up in battery production. IM3NY is in Chuck Schumers home state of New York and he did a photo op there earlier this year.
