Schumer and his mob see where they are and where it's all going and try to salvage whatever they can.
But there is not much left that can be salvaged, imo...

Schumer, like Genocide Joe, is a democrat. Biden's chances of being re-elected in November are becoming slimer by the day. They are not stupid - they know what the whole world knows, which is that this war is a genocide. Then they see that Netanyahu will soon order an IDF attack on Rafah with its 1.2M people. That means there will be many thousands more casualties - mostly kids and women - those who will die during the attack, and those who will die of sustained injuries in days and weeks after (not enough medics and medical supplies to help them all).

The port / pier that Americans are building will take 2 months before it's functional. By then many thousands more will die of hunger, diseases and lack of medical services, etc.

Then they know that Netanyahu will be gone as soon as the war ends anyway, which is not that far away - Gantz will replace him, by the look of it.

So, all in all, Schumer and his mob have decided to throw Netanyahu under the bus. Schumer tries to appear as if he cared about the Palestinians - they need badly American Muslims' votes (in particular Michigan Muslims', I think).

You would be hard pressed to find a worse ***************** than Schumer, he is right there on the bottom.

And Schumer had known that what he was gonna say about Netanyahu would be very controversial and broadcast by every TV station in the US, featured in many podcasts, newspapers - all to be sure that every American knows how Schumer cares now about the plight of the Palestinians. Dirty as ****.
