Do you guys remember what happened to house and land prices in the USA after GFC.1. Here in Perth the median house price at present is over half a million. Mining history is boom and bust, some pundits are tipping the Chinese economy to shrink to 3% growth in the coming years. I for one would not like to be in debt to the tune of $500,000 or more. ABU is in a prime position for the future. If the head grade comes within expectations then i will be one happy vegemite.
