mediation Hi

Have noticed a few posted quoting old documents re mediation date. The court stipulated that mediation be competed BEFORE Nov 25.

Mediation took place on Nov 9/10 with no result!

A court hearing was then booked for Nov 18. So unless something else is booked in quickly, it's all over. (see announcement 11/11)

So IMO we will be hearing from the company on Monday - probably AM, regarding the outcome.

I agree with some posters that it appears GSK will not cave IN easily, so I dont expect a resolution. But you never know - anything can happen in the real world.

But, the longer they hold out the more ammo builds up for BTA - so far it is a damning case against GSK. Nothing short of gross incompetance & negligence!
