Clearly your points make an indictment that is indefensible. yet you also miss many other salient details such as the lack of expenditure providing sensible PPE in a time of severe risk of grave infection of vulnerable clients/residents and staff.
This is the key point. When other aged care facilities were going to extra expense of providing appropriate care for their clients, this Not-For Profit org saved the money.... and what did they do with the savings/surplus?
