Anyone else bothered by the number of directors Nine goes through? According to data on Comsec they will have had Eight (8) directors resign since April 2015! From what I can see the average tenure of these 8 is a little under 2 years. I would have thought new directors would have just started to get a decent handle on the business after 2 years? I think there is a problem. The latest 2 resignees - one sounds reasonable - persuing a CFO role but the other sounds very wishy washy "restructuring her board portfolio" - really?? Probably not enough to base a sell on but I won't be buying more.
